New Year Outlook

As I enter a new year with The Scrunch, I am overwhelmed of all the new things that are coming our way. 2025 was such a big year of growth for us that it can feel daunting at times to think of even more growth happening.

This year, The Scrunch will continue offering tutoring for kiddos in the area and supporting homeschool parents through Back to School and Lesson Planning workshops. We are also excited to launch a book club for parents to gather and enjoy time with one another while also learning more about the homeschool world.

Summer Learning Days will come back this year as well. I am currently working on redesigning it to best fit a more open schedule and the interests of the community. Stay tuned for more updates on that.

Ultimately, I think that this year will be a year of building community. Connecting parents with other like minded parents and mentors is huge in helping homeschool parents gain their confidence in their homeschool journey. And building a community of unique homeschool kiddos is a great way for them to build their own confidence and help them learn new things.
